On course for success: Significant increase in exhibitors
The second edition of World of Fireplaces in 2025 has the potential to surpass last year's successful premiere. With many new additions and the repeated participation of almost all exhibitors from 2023, the international trade fair for fireplaces in Leipzig will once again become the global meeting place for the industry. Attractions such as the "Fireplace Hub", the special show "Hybrid Heat" and an innovative range of services will position the World of Fireplaces as the leading platform in the sector – the fireplace to be! Trade fair organiser Trendfairs GmbH's preparations for an inspiring, even larger and more international trade fair are in full swing.
After an impressive start in 2023, the new edition of the World of Fireplaces (WOF) continues the success story. The forecasts are promising: the exhibition space will grow by more than 30 percent next year in order to meet the high demand. "The booking level is constantly rising and we are already expecting another very successful trade fair with widespread approval a broad appeal, also on an international level. We are particularly pleased that almost all exhibitors and brands from 2023 will be represented in Leipzig again," says Michael Rambach, Managing Director and Partner of Trendfairs GmbH.
Trade fair organiser Trendfairs GmbH expects to exceed all targets in terms of exhibitors, visitors and internationality for the upcoming edition. In 2023, 240 exhibitors from 25 countries presented their products and innovations in Leipzig's exhibition halls. These included renowned brands and market leaders, which attracted over 8,000 trade visitors from 60 countries. Most of them will also be at the upcoming WOF, such as Austroflamm, Buderus - Bosch Thermotechnik, Camina & Schmid, CB-tec, Dielle, Gutbrod Keramik, Hoxter, Jeremias, La Nordica, LEDA-Werk, MCZ Group, Nordpeis, Ortner, Palazzetti Lelio, Rüegg Cheminée, SCHOTT AG, Sommerhuber, Thermorossi.
LEDA Werk was also among the exhibitors and has already booked its participation for the upcoming edition of the WOF: "We are proud to have participated as an exhibitor at the premiere of the World of Fireplaces 2023 (...). We are delighted with the excellent realisation of the trade fair and the great interest shown by visitors from all over the world. It was an inspiring experience to meet with industry experts and customers in exciting discussions (...) We are already looking forward to the next World of Fireplaces in 2025," says Ann Gela Ukena, Head of Marketing at LEDA.
The heating technology company AMG from Italy is one of the exhibitors that will be at WOF for the first time next year: "As a leading Italian company, we are very pleased to contribute to the development and growth of this new B2B platform," says Luca Scilironi, Export Area Manager at AMG. Many other new exhibitors have already secured their space for 2025, e.g. Gast Metallwaren, Hagos, Klover, Lohberger, Ulrich Brunner, to name a few examples.
Next year, the World of Fireplaces will once again offer an attractive supporting programme with highlights such as the ‘Fireplace Hub’, the special show ‘Hybrid Heat’ and an exhibitor evening. "With this trade fair, we are once again raising the industry to a higher level and bringing it closer to political perception thanks to the Leipzig trade fair location. .... In addition, with its sustainable solutions and heating concepts, the industry is once again underlining the systemically relevant role of wood in a climate-neutral economic system (...)", emphasises Frank Kienle, Managing Director, HKI - Industry Association for Household, Heating and Kitchen Technology. Arne Beck, Sales Manager of the manufacturer of stoves and wood-burning cookers, Wamsler, adds: "Especially in the current political and economic situation, as well as their future prospects, we see our participation not only as an opportunity to present our innovations and highlights, but rather as an important platform for exchange within and in the environment of the industry. The World of Fireplaces is an important platform for the exchange of ideas within and around the industry.”
For trade fair organiser Trendfairs GmbH, it is also important to further develop the WOF concept in order to offer visitors an even more pleasant and efficient experience. "Our focus is on creating a feel-good atmosphere and continuously improving our services and processes. Our aim is for the upcoming World of Fireplaces to become an unforgettable experience - the ideal platform for customer acquisition, successful ordering, presentation of new products and personal exchange," emphasises Claudia Weidner, Managing Director of Trendfairs GmbH.
