Making fire to protect nature? Sounds strange at first, but it's not! Our modern fireplaces offer the enjoyment of warmth, the fun of making a fire and the good feeling of making a personal contribution to environmental protection. Our claim: We want to build the cleanest stoves in the world.  

DROOFF stoves are high-quality brand products from the Sauerland region, one of the most densely wooded regions in Germany - with long winters and lots of snow. We simply know our way around warming fireplaces! For more than 25 years we have been producing and selling them to our specialized trade partners all over Europe.

State-of-the-art technology for a clean environment

Thanks to sophisticated combustion technology, DROOFF wood-burning stoves are particularly well below all the strict limits of the 1st BImSchV. With our stoves, you and your customers heat cleanly and climate neutrally. DROOFF stoves with fire+ combustion control burn - thanks to emission values and efficiency at top level - even twice as cleanly as required by law.

Environmentally conscious heating at the push of a button

The smart fire+ burn-off control not only takes care of manually regulating the combustion air. An LED light signals the right time to add wood. All magic? Combustion chamber temperature and chimney draught are permanently recorded and evaluated by a microcontroller. A motor moves the air slide into the right position as if by magic. The fire+ is operated via web application, control panel on the stove, or even more conveniently by remote control. The latter even includes temperature control.

The result: stress-free heat enjoyment, a fantastic flame pattern, up to 50% less wood consumption and an emission reduction of up to 35% (compared to a stove without fire+ with correspondingly the same wood load).

First stove with the Blue Angel

We are particularly proud of this: our APRICA 2 was the first stove to pass the demanding Blue Angel eco-label test. For certification, wood-burning stoves must meet very strict criteria that even go well beyond the legal requirements of the 1st BImSchV.

The perfect team: equipped with fire+ combustion control, catalytic converter and dust collector, the APRICA 2 passed this tough test with flying colors.

Storing heat and saving heating energy

The water-bearing DROOFF VARESE 3 W stove is also particularly cost-saving and climate-friendly. The ecologically gained heating energy is discharged to the buffer storage tank and is thus available for several days throughout the house as heating or service water.
