The trade magazine for fireplaces, stoves and fire culture Świat Kominków has honoured WORLD OF FIREPLACES with the "Flame of the Year 2024" award in the "Event" category. Since 2005, a selected jury of the trade magazine has been presenting awards for the best and most significant products, companies and events of the year for the fireplace industry.

The WORLD OF FIREPLACES – international trade fair for fireplaces and living ambience – which celebrated its premiere in Leipzig from 17 to 19 April 2023, receives the "flame of the year 2024" award as the winner of the event category. The first trade fair was of great importance for the European fireplace industry and has established itself as the "Fireplace to be". Representatives from the entire value chain from the world of fireplaces presented their products and innovations. Trends around the product groups: Stoves, fireplaces, hybrid heat, heating systems, ethanol fires, imitations, flue gas systems, emission reduction technologies and much more were offered a platform. Not only globally active companies, but also established medium-sized companies, major brands and smart newcomers from the industry presented their innovations and highlights – all in one place.
